What was the main reason that you decided to sell to ocean city development?
"The property needed some work that I didn’t really want to commit the time to doing."
Did you feel like they were helpful throughout the process and did you feel that you were treated fairly?
"Yes."
Did you end up seeing what the property was like after it was renovated? If so, what did you think?
"I have, well I’ve seen it online. I think it looks great, it looks great. I know some of the neighbors there had gone through it and they liked it. They did just what I would have done if I had taken the time to do it."
In the end, were you happy that you ended up selling to them and would you recommend another seller in a similar situation do the same?
"Yeah, I would recommend them."
